About Katie: 

I was born and raised in Wisconsin and went to school in Michigan for undergraduate and master’s degrees. I’ve worked in advising at UC Berkeley since 2015, first as an undergraduate major advisor in Molecular and Cell Biology, and then as Assistant Director for Undergraduate Student Services in the Biosciences Division in the College of Letters and Sciences. Berkeley is an amazing place to be, but it can be a hard place to navigate. Advising is here to help!

M.Ed., Higher Education – College Student Affairs Leadership, Grand Valley State University

Fun Fact: 

I love playing cozy video games, board games, puzzles, etc. I also have an adorable chihuahua/pit bull mix pup named Lefty.
