This lecture was written by myself for Computer Science 161 (Computer Security) discussing network censorship, how it operates, and how it relates to network security aspects previous covered in the class. I've selected this lecture for several reasons, including its general interest as a topic, its use to motivate students, and the lecture specifically includes content derived from my research in censorship measurement over the years.
