Mike Brown discusses the emerging security challenges that the United States faces in the Indo-Pacific and the role of technological innovation in strategic competition. His remarks will expand on his recent article in Foreign Affairs, âTaiwanâs Urgent Task: A Radical New Strategy to Keep China Away,â as well as his paper with Pavneet Singh and RADM Lorin Selby, âA Hedge Strategy to Strengthen Defense Capabilities.â
