Miscellaneous | March 17 | 3-4 p.m. | César E. Chávez Student Center
Join us for the Spring 2023 LEP Global Book Club! This year, our featured read is The Beadworkers by Beth Piatote. In her debut collection, Piatote incorporates the history, aesthetics, and culture of her Nez Perce background to share a rich and complex picture of modern Native American life. Her writing also provides the unique opportunity to engage with words from nimipuutímt, the Nez Perce language!
Our meetings will be held on Thursdays from 4-5PM. Participants are welcome to join anytime!
