Caressa holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Southern California. She worked here at UC Berkeley since September of 2007, first at the Graduate School of Education for 11 years and the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Research for the past three years. The majority of her career on campus has been in budget and finances. She strives on providing the best service possible, working well with others, enjoys learning new things and her true passion is in finances.

During her non-work time, Caressa writes poetry and has a chatting stream on Twitch where she discusses a variety of topics to get different perspectives from the viewers.
