Categorization of Journal Entries of Operation Control Center (OCC)

San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) provides rail transportation to the Bay Area. 

OCC is the "central nerve system" of the train operations. Any events happened in the train operations require journal record. It helps to provide an overview of the voluminous journals by visualization to understand the situations of the train operations. To support the visualization, we need to categorize the journal entries. We want use Natural Language Processing/Machine Learning to automate the categorization process.
