Denoising to improve drug discovery assay models

For drug discovery assay measures, the data can be noisy. For some assays, we can do duplicate or triplicate experiments to denoise, but for other assays we don't have that luxury and only have single experiments. One way to denoise models is through use of two rounds of training and we wish to assess the increase in prediction accuracy on random split, cluster split, and time split datasets.
