Reserve a Space at Gateway
Choose between using 25Live or Google Calendar below to make a reservation based on the space required.
View Gateway recharge rates prior to booking space.
Reservations in 25Live can be made up to a year in advance and no later than 14 business days before the reservation date.

Meeting Spaces and Social Kitchens
Open Google CalendarThe Gateway building's meeting rooms, focus rooms, huddle rooms, and small social kitchens are bookable via Google Calendar using your @berkeley.edu account.

How to Book - Step by Step

Click "+ Create"
Open Google Calendar and click the + Create button in the top-left corner, or click directly on any time slot in the calendar grid.

Click "More options"
A quick-create popup appears. Click More options at the bottom to open the full event editor — this is where you add a room resource.

Search for the Room
In the full editor, scroll to the Add Rooms section. Type Gateway and select your space from the live results. If you cannot locate rooms in the full editor, click Rooms to the right of Guests and search for 'Gateway'.

Save.
Add the desired space and click Save. If the room auto-accepts you'll get a confirmation immediately. Some spaces require manual approval — you'll receive an email either way.

Once you've found availability in the schedule above, submit a formal reservation request through UC Berkeley's 25Live system below. Academic spaces require review and confirmation by the space manager.
