Jennifer Ochoa, College Advisor
About Jennifer:
I am from Mexico but grew up in Pleasant Hill in the East Bay. I found my passion for student services while working as an Extended Opportunity Programs and Services peer advisor at Diablo Valley College before transferring to UC Berkeley. After graduation in 2019, I began my career as an academic advisor in the Psychology Department at Berkeley. I served psych students for 5 years before starting my role at CDSS. I am passionate about student success and want to be a thought partner in a student's journey.
Fun Fact:
I enjoy going on walks with my dog Molly while listening to a nice audiobook. I especially love a good mystery or dark academia novel.
