Anna Atkinson is a senior college advisor at the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS). Anna began her career at UC Berkeley as an undergraduate major advisor in the Department of Earth and Planetary Science, where she was later promoted to co-director of Student Services. In that role, she advised students across multiple majors and minors, led the department's Peer Advisor Program from its founding, and worked closely with faculty and staff to support student success. Anna holds a Master of Music from McGill University and a Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Music from Indiana University. Outside of work, Anna enjoys singing, hiking with her dog, and trying as many local Bay Area restaurants as possible.
