Danielle is the Events Manager at the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS). Prior to joining CDSS, she was the venue manager at the UC Botanical Garden where she worked primarily with wedding clients and completely overhauled the venue rental process. With 10 years of event planning experience, she has worked on a wide range of events, including virtual events, intimate private events, award receptions, campus-wide commencement, and Alumni and Parents Weekend. As part of both UC Berkeley and UCSF University Development and Alumni Relations event teams, she developed a passion for mission-driven events that make people feel excited and connected. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from University of Massachusetts, Boston, and is a certified meeting professional (CMP).
