Rachel Crow is an experienced administrator with a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and organizational management. She joined CDSS in April 2025 after working in the Social Sciences Division of the College of Letters & Science at UC Berkeley, where she held several financial and administrative leadership roles – including financial analyst for the Department of Geography and director of administration for Interdisciplinary Social Science Programs.

Before joining Berkeley, Rachel taught philosophy at Phillips Academy in Andover, Mass., and served as a congressional intern in Washington, D.C. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
