Fathers’ Uplift was created to uplift fathers and strengthen families nationwide through service, love and encouragement. They engage in a three-tiered approach to this mission, focusing first on impacting individuals, then on building families, and finally on enabling society to better serve and support fathers and families beyond its doors. These three tiers of impact are upheld by four programming pillars: 1) Clinical Therapy, 2) Father-to-Father Coaching, 3) Youth Enrichment, and 4) Fathers’ Uplift’s Male Engagement Institute (MEI). Through these programs, they provide holistic support for fathers and families, helping them overcome obstacles. At the same time, Fathers’ Uplift brings change to systems and institutions through MEI trainings and resources.

To date, Fathers’ Uplift has helped thousands of fathers reengage or remain engaged in their children’s lives; overcome obstacles such as substance abuse, reentry, and/or trauma; and thrive more broadly as individuals, fathers, and community members. The organization is now in the midst of expanding their impact footprint beyond Boston, both directly through a new office location and indirectly through the licensing of its unique model and approach to father and family health.

We are interested in establishing a data dashboard that pulls information from our systems (i.e. records, etc...) and display an updated number based on what is requested (inputted) in the system. We have a variety of domains we measure. Taking into consideration, our future affiliates and partners that will be utilizing our data dashboard to assess how effective their efforts are based on our metric, and their geographic location, we would like the project to be built to meet these various interests. The data dashboard will also be be used to keep funders updated on the needs of our constituents and how they view the effectiveness of our efforts through a comprehensive visualization of data for internal and external use.
