In this project, the student team will develop a machine-learning / deep-learning pipeline to predict Alzheimer's pathology from structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and/or overnight sleep recordings (polysomnography) data. The students will have access to a large dataset of neuroimaging data from older adults, collected at our sleep center.
