The Director of Student Programs implements the college vision for student life by managing college programs, events and student spaces. The role will supervise staff whose portfolio includes student-facing programs and events and will report directly to the Assistant Dean of Students.

The Space Planning and System Analyst serves as the primary facilities and events operations lead for all Gateway event spaces, including classrooms, lecture halls, the event center and meeting rooms, providing end-to-end oversight of space reservations, room configurations, audiovisual readiness and accessibility planning.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing on marketing strategies and content development to elevate the visibility of the UC Berkeley College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS). This position contributes to development marketing and brand management to enhance the college’s reputation, foster engagement and support key initiatives. This role is part of the CDSS Communications team, collaborating closely with the CDSS Development team to ensure timely information sharing, cohesive messaging, and effective marketing campaigns.

The Development Associate, Donor Relations is the lead administrator for donor engagement and stewardship at CDSS, and for overall administrative support and tracking of Development activities and programs. This role will facilitate programs, events, communications, and outreach across the unit, fundraisers, leadership, and faculty, and manage the general administration of the department. 

Reporting to the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS)’s Divisional Finance Leader (DFL), the Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis, preparing, and implementing complex financial concepts for the planning, budgeting, and control of the College's resources. This position will provide high-level, comprehensive financial management and support across the College and acts as a primary resource, partnering with CDSS units to assist them with their localized budgeting, accounting, and forecasting needs.
